Adam Solomon joined the firm in March 2019 as a member of the Estate Litigation department. He also supports the firm's estate planning and administration departments; including the preparation of various estate planning documents such as Wills, Trusts and Advanced Directives and the administration of Estates & Trusts.

Throughout his legal career, Adam has focused and specialized in Trusts & Estates, including Estate Planning; Probate and Administration (estates without a will) of decedent's estates; Estate Litigation, including fiduciary litigation, contested wills and the protection and recovery of assets; and counseling and advising individuals in various concerns relating to estate planning, asset protection, beneficial interests and distributions and matters before the Surrogate's Court.

Adam received his undergraduate degree from Utica College of Syracuse University and his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law where he was on the Dean's List and served as the Managing Editor of Staff for the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal. While attending law school, Adam interned for the Disaster Recovery Law Clinic where he represented individuals suffering from the aftermath of Super Storm Sandy and was awarded the Clinical Legal Education Association's Outstanding Clinical Student Award. Adam also received the Linda Carmody-Roberts Scholarship; an honor bestowed on individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to pursuing careers in the fields of Trusts & Estates and Elder Law, and received the Silver Level Pro Bono Service Award for dedicating over 500 hours of pro bono legal services.

Adam is a member of the Trusts & Estates and Elder Law & Special Needs Law sections of the New York State Bar Association; a member of the Trusts & Estates section of the Nassau County Bar Association; and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
