Stacey Meshnick, Esq.

Stacey Meshnick joined Ronald Fatoullah & Associates in 1996 and now leads our busy Medicaid Department. As Supervisor of the Medicaid department at the firm, Stacey oversees the paralegals and assists clients with various aspects of long-term care planning, estate planning, preparation of wills & trusts, advance directives and guardianships.

Prior to joining the firm, Stacey worked as a case worker in several New York City nursing homes where she was inspired to enter the field of elder law. She received her J.D. from New York Law School.

Stacey is highly regarded for her contributions to the field of strategic Medicaid planning and is also known as a zealous advocate for her clients. She lectures to senior citizen organizations, nursing home employees, geriatric care managers and the public on senior citizen and aging issues. Stacey publishes the firm's monthly newsletter "Elder Law ReviewTM" which provides updated technical and educational information to our clients and colleagues.

Stacey Meshnick has published numerous articles in the New York State Bar Association, Elder Law Attorney Magazine and contributed to articles published by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
